Acceptable use and sending boundaries
Use Sendalto for relevant, authorized email. Product access is not permission to evade laws, recipients or provider restrictions.
1. Prohibited activity
No spam, phishing, impersonation, deceptive content, malware, illicit services, unauthorized personal-data collection or sensitive profiling. Do not purchase or rotate accounts, create artificial warm-up conversations, switch transports to bypass enforcement, or disguise marketing as transactional mail.
2. Audience and provider eligibility
Record where contacts came from and why a particular message is allowed. Permission under applicable law and permission from the provider are separate checks. SES is for eligible opted-in marketing in this product; Gmail and Microsoft connection does not enable cold bulk outreach. Cold outreach requires a separately approved eligible provider.
3. Respect the recipient
Honor opt-outs and brand-level do-not-contact across lifecycle and outreach. Do not remove suppression by reimporting, changing a label or creating a new sequence. A reply pauses pending outreach before classification. No AI system may fabricate familiarity, private facts or a business outcome.
4. Enforcement readiness
The product supports sending pauses, hard budget boundaries and operator restrictions. Before production the operator must publish the abuse channel, escalation process, review responsibilities and appeal policy. Customers must cooperate with legitimate investigations and preserve relevant evidence without sharing unnecessary personal data.
