Support, privacy and abuse contacts
Verified operator contact details are not yet published. We do not invent a legal entity, monitored mailbox or response-time promise.
1. Production use is blocked on contact readiness
The operator must publish a monitored support address, security-reporting address, abuse address, privacy contact and any required representative or data protection officer details before production use. Those channels must have an assigned owner and an operational escalation path.
2. Reporting unwanted email
For a message sent through the product, use its unsubscribe mechanism to record your refusal. A separate abuse report should include the original message headers, receipt time and a concise reason, once the verified abuse channel is published. Never send passwords, integration secrets or unrelated customer data in a report.
3. Security and privacy requests
Do not upload sensitive production data until responsible contacts and contracts are finalized. Authorized workspace users can access the product’s privacy operations within their assigned permissions. External rights requests and responsible disclosure require a verified operator channel; this notice is not a substitute for one.
