Early access

What works today

Sendalto is in early access. Here is exactly what you can use now, and what we are still switching on.

Works now

  • Sign-up with email verification, and two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app
  • Workspaces with seven roles and invitations tied to an email address
  • Contact import from CSV, with consent and source recorded for each person
  • Segments written as readable rules
  • A do-not-contact list and unsubscribes that no import can undo
  • Campaigns and journeys, approved version by version
  • Test emails to your own address through your connected Amazon SES — no paid plan needed
  • A monthly spend cap set by the owner
  • HubSpot sync, the Events API, outgoing webhooks, API keys and Amazon S3 files
  • Insights by delivery state, and experiments with a control group
  • Export or erase one person’s data, keeping their opt-out
  • Sendalto support access only with the owner’s time-limited grant

Being switched onComing soon

  • AI features: a brand profile from a page of your site, plan and email drafts, reply suggestions
  • Real sending to your audience — after a business review and on a paid plan; plans aren’t on sale yet
  • Outreach mailboxes over SMTP/IMAP
  • Replies from Gmail and Microsoft 365

Each one will appear in the changelog below, with its date, when it’s switched on.

Releases

Shipped, by date.

Newest first.

    • New website in English and Russian

A rebuilt sendalto.com, with Russian at /ru, product screens drawn from the real cabinet and marked as sample data, and this changelog.

    • A cabinet shaped by your role

Owner, admin, marketer, approver, sales, analyst and technical each get their own starting page and see only the actions they are allowed to take.

    • Approvals for campaigns and journeys

Send work for approval, then approve it, return it with a comment or reject it. Approvers get an email, and the history shows who decided what and when.

    • Support access you control

Sendalto support now asks before looking at your records, with a reason and a time limit. The owner gets an email, decides in Settings → Security and sees every view in the access log.

    • Two-factor protection where it matters

Owners and admins without two-factor authentication see which actions need it. If you signed in more than 15 minutes ago, sensitive actions ask for your password and code again in place, without losing your work.

    • Business review before real sending

Sending to real recipients now waits for Sendalto’s review of the business and its use case. Test emails to your own address don’t.

    • Better tools across the cabinet

      Smaller improvements in every section:

      • Campaigns: named versions, a launch checklist, scheduling and results by delivery state
      • Audience: filters, a do-not-contact list you can add to by email, consent per purpose with dates
      • Journeys: a graph view and version history
      • Insights: journey results and a warning when an experiment’s sample is too small
      • Delivery: sending domains, DNS records, quotas and complaints in one place
      • A confirmation step before every destructive action
      • Readable text and large touch targets on phones, and consistent Russian terms
    • sendalto.com opens

The first public release: create an account, verify your email and turn on two-factor sign-in. Sign-up, verification, password reset and two-factor sign-in were tested end to end on the live site.

    • The Sendalto platform

Workspaces, contact import with consent, segments, a do-not-contact list, the campaign editor with approval, a send queue that respects the spend cap, journeys driven by product events, the inbox and insights — plus integrations with HubSpot, Amazon SES, Amazon S3, the Events API, webhooks and API keys.

    • Access rules for every role

Groundwork for teams: every request is checked on the server against the person’s role before anything changes.

    • Production hardening

Fresh production keys, daily database backups, and a restore tested on an isolated copy.
