Pricing

Free to set up and test. You’ll see the price before any charge.

Plans will be priced by workspace, planned monthly volume and connected mailboxes. Final prices are being set, and nothing is billed until you confirm it.

Free now

Everything up to the first real send.

You can prepare your whole programme without paying anything to Sendalto.

  • Workspace setup

Create a workspace, invite your team with the right roles, add your brand profile and sender details.

  • Contacts and data

Import contacts from CSV, connect HubSpot, send product events through the Events API and set up webhooks and API keys.

  • Campaigns and journeys

Build campaigns and event-triggered journeys, then take them through approval exactly as you would for real.

  • Test sends

Send tests to your own verified address to check content and rendering. Your email provider may charge its usual fee for each message.

How plans will be priced

Priced by what you actually plan to send.

Final prices are being set. Each plan will be defined by three things you control.

  • Workspace

One brand, its team, contacts, settings and audit log. Each workspace has its own plan and its own spend cap.

  • Planned monthly volume

The number of emails a plan covers per month. Estimate yours with the planner below.

  • Connected mailboxesSwitching on soon

The number of outreach mailboxes for B2B conversations. Lifecycle email does not need one.

In every plan

Safety is not an add-on.

These are part of how Sendalto works, so every plan has them.

  • Approval before sending — any edit withdraws approval and cancels queued sends
  • Opt-outs, bounces and the do-not-contact list checked at send time
  • One-click unsubscribe headers on marketing email
  • A hard monthly spend cap that nothing can exceed
  • Honest reporting — replies and goals first, raw opens and clicks labelled unfiltered
  • An audit log of who did what, and when

Costs outside Sendalto

Some costs go straight to your providers.

Sendalto uses accounts you connect with your own credentials. Those providers bill you directly, under their own pricing.

  • Amazon SES

Lifecycle email goes through your own SES account and verified domain. Amazon charges you per email sent.

  • Your mailbox provider

Outreach mailboxes are your own accounts with your email host, billed by them.

  • Storage and CRM

If you connect Amazon S3 or HubSpot, any usage charges come from those services under your contract with them.

Spend cap

A safety limit, not prepaid credit.

The owner sets a monthly cap for each workspace. Every send reserves its estimated cost first; when the cap is reached, sending stops.

What the cap does

  • Reserves the estimated cost before each send
  • Stops new sends and paid work at the limit
  • Warns as you approach it
  • Resets with the new month

What it never does

  • Buy more volume automatically
  • Charge you for unused room
  • Let one campaign run past its own budget
  • Let a send through without reserving its cost

Volume planner

Estimate your monthly volume.

A quick way to see how many emails your programme would send in a month. It does not show prices.

People you plan to email, from 1 to 10,000,000.

From 1 to 60.

Optional, from 0 to 50. Leave 0 for lifecycle email only.

Planned emails per month

40,000 emails

This is a volume estimate, not a quote. Prices aren’t final yet.

Questions

Questions about pricing.

Is anything billed today?

No. Setting up a workspace, importing contacts, building campaigns and journeys and sending tests cost nothing from Sendalto. Plans can’t be purchased yet.

When will prices be published?

Before paid plans open. You will see the exact price, currency and terms before any charge, and nothing is billed until you confirm it.

Why don’t you show prices now?

Because they are not final. We would rather show no number than one that changes after you have planned around it.

Is the spend cap the same as a prepaid balance?

No. It is a ceiling on spending, not money you pay upfront. Reaching it stops sending; it never buys more volume.

What else might I pay for?

Your own providers. Amazon SES charges per email for lifecycle sending, and your mailbox host bills you for outreach mailboxes. Those charges come from them, not from Sendalto.

Are AI features included?

AI features — brand extraction, plan and email drafts, reply suggestions — are not switched on in production yet. How they are counted in plans will be shown with the prices.

Set everything up before you pay a thing.

Create a workspace, import contacts and send yourself a test. Real sending opens with paid plans.
