Acceptable use policy
Draft — the final version will be published before paid plans open.

Use Sendalto for relevant email that you are allowed to send. Access to the product is not permission to get around the law, recipients’ wishes or provider rules.
1. Prohibited activity
No spam, phishing, impersonation, deceptive content, malware, illegal services, unauthorised collection of personal data or profiling on sensitive traits.
Do not buy or rotate accounts, fake warm-up conversations, switch sending paths to dodge a restriction, or dress marketing up as transactional email.
2. Audiences and providers
Record where each contact came from and why a given message is allowed. Permission under the law and permission from your provider are two separate checks.
Lifecycle email goes through Amazon SES on your verified domain, to people who agreed to hear from you. Outreach goes from a separate, approved mailbox with its own limits. Gmail and Microsoft 365 connections are for replies, not cold bulk sending.
3. Respect the recipient
Honour unsubscribes and the do-not-contact list across lifecycle email and outreach. Do not lift a suppression by re-importing a contact, renaming a list or starting a new sequence.
A reply pauses the outreach to that person until someone on your team reviews it. No AI-written message may invent familiarity, private facts or results.
4. Enforcement
Sendalto can pause sending, enforce spend caps and restrict a workspace. Real sending starts only after a business review. The final policy will publish the channel for abuse reports, how they are escalated and reviewed, and how to appeal.
Customers are expected to cooperate with legitimate investigations without sharing personal data that is not needed.
