Subprocessors
Draft — the final version will be published before paid plans open.
Last updated:
This list depends on what is configured and connected. Having an adapter for a provider does not mean that provider is in use for your workspace.
1. Hosting, database, storage and network
The hosting provider, the PostgreSQL database and its backups, optional S3-compatible storage and network or CDN services. The companies, locations, retention and transfer terms will be published here; do not assume EU-only processing from the hosting plan.
2. Email and CRM
Amazon SES (lifecycle email), SMTP and IMAP mailboxes (outreach), Gmail and Microsoft 365 (replies) and HubSpot. Depending on the connection, they may receive recipient addresses, message content, mailbox data or CRM records.
Services you connect with your own credentials — such as your SES account or your HubSpot portal — are your own providers; the agreement will state the roles.
3. AI and payments
OpenAI is the AI provider and Stripe handles platform billing. Approved context or billing metadata is sent only when the service is configured and used. AI features are not yet switched on in production.
4. How changes will be announced
The final list will be dated and give each provider’s legal name, purpose, data categories, countries and safeguards, together with how you are told about changes and can object. Listing a provider here does not imply its endorsement or certification.
