Draft — the final version will be published before paid plans open.
Last updated:
Our support, privacy, security and abuse addresses will be published on this page before paid plans open. Until then, here is what you can already do.
1. Contact addresses
We will list monitored addresses for support, security reports, abuse reports and privacy requests here, along with any required representative or data protection officer. We won’t publish an address until someone is responsible for answering it.
2. If you received an unwanted email
Use the unsubscribe link in the message. It records your opt-out at once, and every later send from that sender is checked against it.
When the abuse address is published, include the original message headers, the time you received it and a short reason. Never send passwords, keys or other people’s data in a report.
3. If you use Sendalto
Workspace owners and admins can export or erase a person’s data within their permissions. When Sendalto support needs to look at your workspace, it asks the owner for time-limited access; the owner decides, and every read is logged.
Please don’t upload sensitive production data until the final agreements are in place.
