Terms of service
Draft — the final version will be published before paid plans open.
Last updated:
These terms describe how Sendalto may be used and where the service’s boundaries are. They are a draft, not yet a signed agreement or an offer.
1. Who you contract with
Before paid service starts, we will publish the legal name of the company that provides Sendalto, its registered address, registration details where required, a service contact, the governing law and how disputes are resolved. “Sendalto” is the name of the product.
2. Your responsibilities
People in your workspace must be entitled to upload the data they import and to contact the people they email. Keep a record of where each contact came from and the basis for emailing them, and follow your email providers’ rules.
A subscription or an AI proposal does not make a contact lawful. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and giving people the right roles.
3. Sending and payment
Sending needs an eligible provider, verified settings, a permitted audience, approval and room under your spend cap. Prices, currency, taxes, billing periods, renewal, refunds, cancellation and service levels will be shown before you buy anything.
We do not offer unlimited usage or promise a particular business result.
4. Pausing and ending the service
A workspace can be paused, and Sendalto can restrict activity that puts recipients or sending reputation at risk. The final agreement will set out notice, appeal, access to your data after termination, liability, intellectual property and retention.
Delivered email cannot be recalled. The fact that these terms are a draft is not permission to send unsolicited bulk email.
