Coming soon
Outreach mailboxes are coming soon. Sending outreach needs a connected SMTP/IMAP mailbox, which is not switched on yet. Gmail and Microsoft 365 connections will handle replies only. You can set up your workspace, contacts and sequences today; nothing is sent to prospects until mailboxes are available and your business review is approved.
A documented basis to write
Each contact needs a current, recorded basis for outreach, linked to a verified company.
Your own mailbox
Outreach goes from your mailbox, not a shared pool, and replies sync back to Sendalto.
Stop on reply
A reply stops the sequence for that person, and no new outreach starts until someone on your team has reviewed it.
Limits per person and per company
A frequency window applies to each person and each company, and only one sequence can be active per company.
One shared do-not-contact list
An opt-out from a lifecycle email or an outreach reply blocks both paths, workspace-wide.
