Integrations

Connect your tools with your own keys.

Bring contacts and product events in, send through your own provider, and pass events back to your systems. Each integration shows its real status, what it needs and what Sendalto does with it.

Data in

Contacts and product events.

Who your people are, what they agreed to, and what they do in your product.

  • CSV import

    Available

    Contacts and consent

Bring in contacts together with where they came from and what they agreed to.

    You provide

    • A CSV file up to 1.5 MB — up to 5,000 rows and 100 columns
    • An email column; optional consent columns: purpose, basis, source, proof, granted and date

    What Sendalto does

    • Shows a mapping preview with sample rows and problems before anything is saved
    • Records consent per person with its source and proof
    • Never re-adds an address that is on the do-not-contact list
  • Events API

    Available

    Product events

Send product events — signed up, trial started, upgraded — so journeys start and stop at the right moment.

    You provide

    • An API key with the events scope, called from your server
    • For each event: a unique ID, a name, the person’s email, optional properties and time

    What Sendalto does

    • Starts journeys on trigger events and ends them when the goal event arrives
    • Ignores a repeated event ID, so retries are safe
    • Accepts up to 600 events a minute per workspace
  • HubSpot

    Available

    CRM contacts and companies

Keep contacts and companies in step with your CRM, and hand a warm conversation over to sales.

    You provide

    • A HubSpot private app access token that can read contacts and companies
    • Write access only if you turn on handoff to the CRM

    What Sendalto does

    • Imports contacts and companies; your local fields win unless you let the CRM own them
    • Turns a HubSpot email opt-out into a Sendalto opt-out and cancels queued sends
    • Writes back only when a person hands a contact off — as a note, with an optional owner

Being in your CRM isn’t consent to marketing email.

  • API keys

    Available

    Server access

Let your own systems send events and work with contacts, companies, segments and campaigns.

    You provide

    • An owner or admin with two-factor authentication creates the key
    • One to five scopes: events, contacts (read or write), campaigns (read or write)

    What Sendalto does

    • Shows the key once and stores only its hash
    • Records every request made with a key
    • Never lets a key approve or send a campaign

Your systems

Events back out, files kept private.

Pass what happens in Sendalto to your stack, and keep workspace files in a bucket you own.

  • Webhooks

    Available

    Events to your systems

Forward the events you choose — including HubSpot contact and company changes — to your own endpoint.

    You provide

    • A public HTTPS address
    • The names of the events you want, up to 50

    What Sendalto does

    • Signs every delivery with HMAC-SHA256 and a timestamp
    • Retries a failed delivery up to 8 times, with growing pauses
    • Lets you rotate the secret, pause the webhook or retry a delivery
  • Amazon S3

    Available

    Workspace files

Store workspace files — images, PDFs, CSV and text files — in your own private bucket.

    You provide

    • AWS access keys, a region and a bucket with Block Public Access fully on
    • Bucket CORS that allows uploads from Sendalto

    What Sendalto does

    • Refuses a bucket that is public in any way
    • Uploads files up to 10 MB through short-lived signed links, encrypted at rest
    • Hands out download links that expire after 60 seconds

Sending and replies

Your domain, your mailbox.

Sendalto sends through providers you own: lifecycle email through Amazon SES, B2B outreach through your own mailbox.

  • Amazon SES

    After review

    Lifecycle sending

Send lifecycle and marketing email to people who agreed to hear from you, from your own verified domain.

    You provide

    • An AWS account with SES production access
    • AWS access keys, a region and your sending domain
    • DKIM, custom MAIL FROM and DMARC records, plus an SNS topic for bounces, complaints and deliveries

    What Sendalto does

    • Creates the SES resources for your workspace and lists the DNS records to add
    • Checks domain, DKIM, MAIL FROM, DMARC, quota and feedback before use — and again before each send
    • Turns bounces and complaints into opt-outs; a complaint pauses sending until reviewed

Connect it and send test emails to your own address today. Real sending starts after a business review and on a paid plan — plans aren’t on sale yet.

  • SMTP / IMAP

    Coming soon

    Outreach mailbox

Send B2B outreach from a mailbox your company owns, and read the replies in Sendalto.

    You provide

    • The mailbox address, SMTP (465 or 587, TLS) and IMAP (993) servers, a username and an app password
    • Confirmation that your company owns the mailbox and your provider allows this use
    • A separate outreach review by Sendalto

    What Sendalto does

    • Sends outreach only from that mailbox — never through Amazon SES
    • Pauses a sequence when someone replies, until a person reviews it
    • Applies limits per person and per company

Not switched on yet: outreach mailboxes open once we’ve approved the first mail providers.

  • Gmail

    Mailbox replies

Read replies in your Gmail mailbox and answer them one by one from Sendalto.

    You provide

    • Sign-in with Google for your own mailbox
    • Permission to read and send mail

    What Sendalto does

    • Sends only individual replies to people who wrote to you — never campaigns or outreach
    • Keeps mailbox content out of marketing personalisation and AI
    • Revokes Google access when you disconnect
  • Microsoft 365

    Coming soon

    Mailbox replies

Read replies in your Microsoft 365 mailbox and answer them one by one from Sendalto.

    You provide

    • Sign-in with Microsoft for your own mailbox — shared mailboxes aren’t supported
    • Permission to read and send mail; your organisation may require admin consent

    What Sendalto does

    • Sends only individual replies to people who wrote to you — never campaigns or outreach
    • Keeps mailbox content out of marketing personalisation and AI
    • Erases the saved access when you disconnect

How connections work

Your credentials, checked before use.

Every connection uses your own account. Sendalto checks it against the real provider before relying on it.

Checked, sealed and easy to cut off

Owners and admins connect providers in Settings → Integrations. Credentials are encrypted when saved and never shown again. A connection check runs against the real account, and a check older than 24 hours blocks sending until it passes again.

  • New credentials reset the check and cancel queued sends
  • Disconnecting erases the saved keys and releases reserved budget
  • Changing a connection needs two-factor authentication
Example Settings → Integrations screen: HubSpot and Amazon SES are connected with a recent connection check, Amazon S3 is not connected yet. Saved keys are never shown again. Sendalto interface · sample data
